Anne was wonderful through prenatal, birth and postpartum care. I began seeing her as soon as we found out-around 12 weeks. I didn’t know too much about homebirth as this was my first child but I knew it was what I wanted. Anne helped to reassure any worries I had and was there to guide me every step of the way. She gives informed consent documents on every procedure so the power is in your hands to decide what’s best for you and your baby. I felt deeply supported through my whole pregnancy and Anne was just a quick text away if I had any worries! Our birth was so amazing and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. She was a calm presence and respected the way I wanted my birth to unfold. Postpartum was great too. It was so nice to have someone to reach out to in a stressful period. 10/10 would recommend :)

Anne was an amazing midwife and I’m so grateful for my experience with her. I transferred my care to her during my pregnancy. I had my early appointments with my OB-GYN and my appointments with Anne were so much more helpful, in-depth, and personal. She spent way more time with me and made me feel like she really wanted to do everything she could to help me and keep me healthy and comfortable during my pregnancy. The thing that stood out the most was that she made me feel like she truly cared about my baby. I also loved the way she interacted and helped during labor. I loved my home birth with her. Unfortunately, my son had trouble breathing when he was born due to fluid in his lungs. Anne was all over it. She and her birth assistant suctioned him and monitored him for a few hours until Anne made the call to give him oxygen and transfer him to the hospital for additional care. Anne was an amazing support during my pregnancy and labor. I ended up delivering in the hospital, but I never felt unsupported because Anne was there every step of the way with education and reassurance. Anne made sure I understood all my options and what was going on from the time we hired her, until 6 weeks postpartum. I am beyond satisfied with my birth experience because I was able to make the best possible choices and try everything I wanted and I could not have done it without Anne. Anne goes above and beyond for her clients, doing everything in her power to make sure they have the experience they want with the support they need for their respective complications (or lack thereof) in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and supporting me. I’ll remember it forever.
